About the role:
This role will lead a team of sales people to manage agent and feeder relationships and service experience.  Key to this role is the achievement and delivery of new student enrolment and profit goals for the portfolio of Agents and Feeders across all of ACG Education’s programmes.
 
This role will employ and lead a team of employees in New Zealand, Latin America, and EMEA to develop and rollout a portfolio of products that meet the needs of our clients.
 
About you:
• 7 or more years of experience in education sales/student recruitment ideally with some exposure to an international education context.
• A commercially savvy leader with a successful track record in delivering results through management of an target driven team who is focused primarily on indirect sales.
• Experience leading a team in building and maintaining a key account management sales process and nurturing customer relationships; proactive in recognising customers' business requirements.
• Experience in leading sales, budgets and projects within a global marketplace.
• Experience in successfully executing sales and conversion strategies.
• Knowledge and understanding of the international student marketplace and the challenges within this industry.

Title: Regional Sales Director – Oceania & ROW
Reports to: Global Sales Director

Role Purpose: This role will lead a team of Regional Sales Managers to manage agent and feeder relationships and service experience. In addition, they will lead the development of a regional sales strategies and ensure the successful achievement of regional targets.

The role is responsible for:
• Managing the Regional Sales teams who are directly responsible for the achievement and delivery of new student enrolment and profit goals for the portfolio of Agents and Feeders across all Brands in the designated regions

• Lead the development of a regional sales strategy
• Manage regional budget and oversee successful achievement of regional targets
• Drive the development and implementation of Agent Account Plans to ensure growth in agent enrolments and improved agent satisfaction

• Account manage a small number of partners (in some geographies) while providing leadership contributing to their sales strategy and NSE growth

To be successful you will have:
• 10+ years of experience in sales and marketing ideally with exposure to an international education context
• Fluency in English, and a second language relevant to the region responsibility (preferably Mandarin)
• Experience in leading sales, budgets and projects within a global marketplace
• Experience as a commercially savvy leader with a successful track record in delivering results through management of indirect sales
• Experience leading a team in building and maintaining a key account management sales process and nurturing customer relationships; proactive in recognising customers’ business requirements
• Knowledge and understanding of the international student marketplace and the challenges within this industry
• Leading and developing a high performance team with the ability to lead teams in a global, matrix environment
• Building relationships and the ability to influence across all levels of the organizations both internally and externally
• Strong business and commercial acumen, analytical and quantitative ability
• Result orientated with the ability to successfully deliver on sales, financial and customer satisfaction outcomes
