• To provide pedagogical leadership to manage the curriculum including the monitoring of assessment, planning and evaluation documentation.
• Leading staff meetings and facilitating conversations in relation to Self Review and children’s learning.
• Dealing with all internal concerns and complaints in liaison with the Operations Manager.
• Ensuring emergency drills are carried out on a regular basis and maintaining the relevant documentation.

• Understanding the Reggio approach to planning and able to lead this alongside Te Whaariki.
